Travelling from Vancouver to Whistler
1. Driving by Car
The Vancouver to Whistler drive is on Hwy #99 and along the scenic and stunning Sea to Sky corridor, with unforgettable views of the Pacific Ocean and Coastal Mountain Ranges. Due to the 2010 Winter Olympics and associated highway upgrades, the drive can be done in under 2 hours. The drive offers many points of interests and stops along the way; including the sea to sky gondola, Shannon Falls and for those energetic soles a hike up the Chief in Squamish. 2. Harbour Air Seaplanes
Scheduled flights are available each day between Vancouver & Whistler from approximately May – October. The flight, either between downtown Vancouver harbour or Richmond YVR and Whistler is one of the most scenic flights in the world. You fly along the coastline of British Columbia and then over Garibaldi Lake and Park, Black Tusk and numerous lakes, glaciers and icefields. Reservations: 1.800.665.0212
